MAKE Vancouver is a retail hub on Granville Island that offers in-house custom printing, engraving and embroidery.
This email welcome series was created to gift a discount code to customers signing up to their newsletter, and subsequently further introduce the brand and push the discount with a follow-up.
Tasked with reinventing the layout and tone of the brand's email marketing, the new system translated the whimsical in-store experience into a digital space. Stimulating visuals tell the story of the brand's key values: endless creativity, hyper-locality and support for local art.
